Terms of use
KAIF EMPIRE S.R.L. · updated 11.09.2026
ONETAP is a ticketing service run by KAIF EMPIRE S.R.L. These terms set out who is responsible for what: we run the service, the organiser runs the party and sells the ticket.
1. Who we are
ONETAP is a platform. We give an organiser the tools: an event page, a checkout, QR tickets, a scanner for the door and a dashboard showing sales and money. We do not run the parties sold through it.
One exception: where the organiser shown is KAIF, the seller is the same company that runs the platform. In every other case they are different parties.
2. The guest buys from the organiser
The contract for attending a party is between the guest and the organiser. The organiser is responsible for whether the party happens, what happens there, who is let in, the age limit, and what happens if someone arrives late or is refused entry.
Questions about a party go to the organiser — their address is on the ticket email, so replying to it is enough.
3. Payment and money
Payments run through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's side and never reach us: we neither see nor store them.
Ticket money goes straight to the organiser's own Stripe account. We do not hold their revenue, do not control their account and do not decide when they are paid — the organiser does that from their dashboard, under Stripe's rules.
4. Our fee
We take no percentage of revenue. The fee is flat, per ticket:
- €0.49 for a ticket priced up to €15;
- €0.69 between €15 and €35;
- €0.99 above €35.
Other currencies have their own steps; the exact amount is always shown at checkout before payment. Free entry carries no fee.
Who pays the fee is the organiser's choice when the party is created: either the guest pays it on top of the ticket price, or the organiser pays it out of their revenue. It cannot be changed once the party is published, so the price does not move for people who bought earlier.
Stripe charges its own payment processing fee under its own pricing. That is separate money, not our fee.
5. The ticket
A ticket is a QR code, in the email and on the ticket page. It is scanned once at the door. If the code reaches someone else, whoever arrives first gets in — keeping the code safe is up to the buyer.
6. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable by default, unless the organiser states otherwise on the event page.
If a party is cancelled or moved, the organiser refunds the money. A refund travels back the way the payment came, usually within 5–10 working days depending on the bank.
What happens to the fee on a refund. Our fee is returned to the guest in full, together with the ticket price. Stripe's payment processing fee is not returned to anyone — it stays a cost to the organiser.
The EU consumer right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply to tickets for an event on a specific date — that is how Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU works.
7. Chargebacks
A guest may dispute a payment with their bank. Such a dispute is handled on the organiser's account: both the amount and the bank's dispute fee are taken from it.
We keep the record of the ticket being scanned at the door and hand it to the organiser on request — in a dispute it is the strongest evidence that the guest was there.
8. The organiser's account
An account is opened with an email and a password. The organiser is responsible for what they tell us about themselves and for keeping access to the account safe.
Identity and source-of-funds checks are run by Stripe under its own rules — documents go to Stripe, not to us.
The organiser confirms they hold the rights to the artwork, texts, music and names they publish, that the party is lawful where it takes place, and that the venue is available to them.
We may stop sales and close an account if a party breaks the law, misleads guests, or if the platform is used to move payments that are not for tickets. Money already received on the organiser's own account stays with them: it is not ours to hold.
9. Bring a promoter
An organiser who brings another organiser to the platform earns 20 cents from every ticket the invited one sells, for a year from their arrival, capped at €300 in total. We pay it out of our own fee — nothing is deducted from the invited organiser.
The credit is reversed if a ticket is refunded. Inviting yourself with a second account does not work; we cancel such credits.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep the checkout and the scanner running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and are not liable for failures at Stripe, email providers or telecom operators.
We are not liable for the party itself. Where a failure on our side does cause loss, our liability is limited to the fee we received on the transaction in question.
11. Changes and law
These terms may change; the date of the last change is at the top of the page. Romanian law applies. If the guest is a consumer in the EU, the rights given by the law of their country of residence remain.
We would rather settle a dispute by email first: info@kaifclub.com. A consumer in the EU may also use the dispute resolution platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
